October BoxyCharm Tutorial

Hey Y'all. I am super excited about this makeup look. It's got me feeling super fall and slightly glamorous. Get your make up, grab a snack and put your makeup on with me.

For Christmas last year, my parents got me a year subscription to BoxyCharm. After 11 months of receiving this box, I can not get enough. I have already told my parents what I want for Christmas this year is another year subscription to this box.

In general I would recommend getting a year subscription of any subscription box for a gift because each month its like a little bit of Christmas. In BoxyCharm's case, I get 5 full size makeup items each month. The value of the box always differs a little bit but the value is always well over one hundred dollars.

If I am being completely transparent with you guys, there are very few, if any items that I've gotten in this subscription that I don't use. Many of the products have made their way in to my every day make up rotation. I've also traveled with many of the products because they're my new go-tos. The brands that BoxyCharm features in their boxes are sometimes newer brands but many of them can be found in Sephora or Ulta. The products are always on the more premium/luxury side of things.

I can not say enough good things about this subscription. The only thing I don't like about it is the "worms" - the little pieces of scrunched paper they put in their boxes to protect the items and make the packaging look nice - are really dusty and the black dust on the paper tends to get everywhere. But literally, that is my ONLY complaint and I can get over that.

This box is such a good value and fun thing. Especially if you like makeup like I do. I have gotten to the point in my makeup love that I don't even know what to look at anymore when I go to Sephora or Ulta because my makeup collection is so aggressive. BoxyCharm helps me discover new products that I may not have found otherwise and the best thing is that since they are full size items, you actually get to know if you like the product or not. When I get sample sizes of things, ESPECIALLY skin or hair care stuff, I can't tell if I like it or hate it because there isn't enough product to try but getting the full size, I can tell if the product actually makes a difference. It is really awesome. I'd recommend it!

I hope you guys enjoy this make up look. Feel free to send me some feedback about what you like, what needs improvement or what you'd like to see!
